Hello again gojko. This support article shows the default location where save games can be found, but as Splintercell Conviction is an older game it may store its game saves in the "Documents" folder of your PC rather than in the Uplay folder.

You can try removing your local save either deleting it or moving it somewhere else to keep for later use and then running the game to see if having no local save lets the cloud save sync properly. Also, have you tried running Uplay as administrator? Sometimes this can allow Uplay to update files that it can't otherwise. These things may potentially cause issues.
